Privacy Policy

Effective October 18, 2026

The short version: MeelMore doesn't collect any of your data. There's no account, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. Your tasks stay on your iPhone, and MeelMore has no servers to send them to.

This policy covers the MeelMore app for iPhone and its widget, made by Audiograins ("we").

What stays on your iPhone

Everything you put into MeelMore is stored only on your iPhone, including your tasks, notes, due dates, routines, the name you give in Settings, and your settings. It's stored with iOS Data Protection, so it can't be read while your iPhone is locked. We can't see it, and we don't receive a copy.

If you back up your iPhone to iCloud or a computer, your MeelMore data is included in that backup like other apps' data. Apple handles those backups under its own privacy policy.

Voice capture

When you tap the microphone, MeelMore listens only until you stop recording. Speech is turned into text by Apple's on-device speech recognition. Your voice is never sent off your iPhone, and no recording is saved. MeelMore asks for microphone permission the first time you use it, and you can turn it off at any time in the Settings app.

Apple Intelligence

MeelMore's smart features (tidying task titles, breaking tasks into steps, wording reminders and matching your daily priorities) use Apple's on-device language model. Your tasks are processed on your iPhone only. MeelMore does not use cloud models.

Notifications and the widget

Reminders are scheduled on your iPhone; nothing is sent from a server. Notifications and the widget can show task titles on your Lock Screen and Home Screen. iOS hides them when your settings ask it to, such as when notification previews are set to show only when unlocked.

Siri and Shortcuts can add tasks to MeelMore. They can't read the tasks already in it.

Tips

Tips in the app are in-app purchases handled entirely by Apple. Apple doesn't share your name or payment details with us, and a tip never carries any of your tasks.

Emailing us

If you email support@meelmore.app, including through Contact the developer or Report a bug, we receive your email address and whatever you write. A bug report also includes your MeelMore and iOS version numbers. It never includes your tasks unless you add them yourself. We use your email only to reply to you and to fix problems, and we don't share it with anyone.

Deleting your data

Go to Settings in MeelMore, then Delete all data, to remove every task, your name and all scheduled reminders. Deleting the app also removes everything it stored. To have your emails to us deleted, just ask at support@meelmore.app.

Children

MeelMore collects no personal information from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
