Common questions

What do I need to use MeelMore?

An iPhone with iOS 26 or later. The smart features (tidying task titles, breaking tasks down, worded reminders and matching your daily priorities) use Apple Intelligence, so they need an iPhone that supports it with Apple Intelligence turned on in Settings.

What is simple mode?

When Apple Intelligence isn't available, MeelMore keeps working in simple mode. Tasks keep the words you typed, and you can set their details yourself. If Apple Intelligence is still downloading, the smart features turn on by themselves once it's ready.

Why is there no microphone button?

Voice capture uses on-device speech recognition, which isn't available in every language. If your iPhone's language isn't supported, the microphone button is hidden and you can still type.

I'm not getting reminders.

Check that notifications are allowed for MeelMore in the iPhone's Settings app, under Notifications. Reminders are sent for tasks with a due time. You can choose when they arrive, or turn them off, in MeelMore's Settings.

How do I add the widget?

Touch and hold an empty spot on your Home Screen, tap Edit, then Add Widget, and search for MeelMore. Tap a circle in the widget to complete a task, or use + and the microphone to add one.

How do I delete my data?

In MeelMore, go to Settings, then Delete all data. This removes every task, your name and your scheduled reminders. Deleting the app also removes everything. Your tasks are never stored anywhere but your iPhone (and your own iPhone backups).

Is my data private?

Yes. There's no account, and MeelMore never sends your tasks anywhere. See the privacy policy for details.
